I recently participated in a five-round interview process, which I felt went well. However, unfortunately, no candidates were selected in the end. While this was disappointing, it suggests that none of us met the required standards.
Upon requesting feedback regarding my rejection, I was mistakenly provided with another candidate’s feedback, including their name. This raises concerns about the confidentiality of candidate information and how it is handled. I would appreciate clarity on this matter to ensure data security is maintained in the recruitment process.
