Two – tiered interview. First demonstration of teaching with faculty, online format, live video/MS teams. Interview with each faculty, intern asking form questions. Great experience! Best group of cohesive, good-natured faculty so far encountered at three institutions. Second interview with administrative officers. Also online, video camera angle slightly strange, but otherwise typical questions. Contributions, expectations, etc. Interview tanked suddenly during salary discussion. 8-9k pay cut from doctorate base salary in triad (5 years ago). May be more in line with state salaries now since government intervention. Most disappointed by salary. The people were excellent.
