Recruiter reached out to me to schedule phone interview. It went well, and she stated my background/experience appeared to be a great fit, and she would forward my Resume to Hiring Manager. Within the hour, I received an email stating Hiring Mgr said he already filled not 1 but 3 AE positions!! She simply said "Thank you for your time." Wow. What a disappointment! HR 101 is to to confirm any/all vacant positions BEFORE reaching out to potential Candidates. Very unprofessional & unacceptable.
