Interview
Spoke with the reporting manager, had a zoom interview followed by an in person interview where I presented on a case study. Overall, positive experience and clear communication. Case study was not too difficult but make sure to write as if you are actively pursing an outbound lead.
I applied online. I interviewed at Creatio (Boston, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was four stages. The first stage was with the office manager, learning a little about me. Second was with the regional director, who got to know more about me and my motivation. He also asked me how I would explain Creatio to a friend or family member. The third stage was with the Chief Growth Officer, who was fantastic. Final interview was with my direct manager, and her direct manager. There was a mock phone call.
