I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Creative Clicks (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted regarding an opportunity and had an initial 30-minute conversation to discuss my background and the role. During the discussion, it became clear there was a mismatch in seniority, as the position was more junior than my experience level and this had not been clearly understood during the outreach.
Following the conversation, there was no further communication or feedback despite the time invested.
Based on this experience, it felt like the outreach may have been more focused on building a candidate pipeline rather than filling an immediate role. Candidates may benefit from confirming role scope, seniority, and hiring timelines early in the process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Creative Clicks (Barcelona) in Feb 2026
Interview
Probably the weirdest interview I had in a while. The questions the interviewers were extremely generic. I think they didn't really know which kind of role they were hiring for.

Interview
3 interviews: HR, Manager and CFO. Second and third rounds were conducted in office and was a great experience. Creative clicks have private chef who cooks for lunch for the whole company, which might be one of the biggest advantages of working for them.
