Staffing was interested primarily in qualifications and experience relevant to the position, as well as general job qualifications and qualities.
Management staff sought more detailed qualifications, work history, personal experiences, and discussion to determine if I would fit in with the team I would be working with, if I would be the right choice for the company, but also if the company would be the right choice for me.
Following the phone interview was a technical skills assessment with clear and concise instructions to assess abilities and experience.
Following the technical assessment a in person meeting (1-2hrs) with CEO/owner/executive staff initially, then department head, followed by integration team.
Integrity, honesty, team fit, self starter, customer service, and will to complete tasks & solve problems were critical areas of discussion.
