Creative Memories interview questions

Interview process was great. Met with all the key players for my role, both individually and with some groups. Their hiring process took an unusually long time - 3 months. Even for this role, I thought it was slow. They were thorough and accomodating. The HR process was seamless upon hire. Normal vacation time allotted. Base pay was low but I loved the company so I accepted.
