Creative Soldier interview questions

My first interview was with the CEO/founder, he took it in his car smoking a cigarette... never asked me what I was looking for and what they were looking for just started throwing out assignments for me to do. During my second interview, they asked me to complete a preliminary assignment and told me to expect an email with more information to help me complete this. I never received an email, nor was I told when to return the assignment. When I did return it, they didn't look at it before throwing more work at me and asking that I hop on a zoom call. I'm the idiot who kept going...
