Interview
A recruiter contacted me first via email then on a phone call. The recruiter asked some basic questions (why am I interested in the position) and years experience in various aspects (software use, Microsoft products, excel, etc.) The CEO then contacted me via email then setup a phone interview. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and laughed at my dumb jokes. She asked more company and job specific questions and gave a thorough overview of what the job will be.

Interview
Originally drove down from Medford, OR and met with CEO/COO. Later spoke with first with the VP of Development and then COO again to discuss salary. During in-person interview, I reviewed past work experience at Good Life, Inc. and other jobs (relatively typical). Mentioned the breadth/depth of development work I had been involved in and scope of my skill set.
