I interviewed with the recruiter and then moved on to an interview with the Head of Product. After that call I was ghosted by both the recruiter and Head of Product. I reached out multiple times regarding an update, but didn't receive any reply. Terrible way to treat candidates who set aside time to prepare and interview twice, especially when they are forced to take a half day at their current role for the interview itself.
