Creditinfo interview questions

Poor recruitment experience (can see why they’re hiring for this role). Applied directly but was contacted randomly by an independent recruiter who was managing the process. Had a short, very informal call with the recruiter, followed by a chat with the hiring manager. Was told the feedback was very positive and they’d be inviting me to a second round interview with one of the HRBPs. Two months later and no news, so i reached out to the recruiter to ask what had happened. Was informed they had hired someone and the recruiter had since retired…. Every touch point and conversation throughout was a bit unusual, no structure to any of the conversations and a few odd comments made me question whether there was any clear strategy behind their approach.
