20 min phone call conversation with a recruitment consultant to find out why you ant the job and to find out a bit more about yourself.
The recruitment consultant then sent over a copy of the commission structure and asked if I would be interested in an interview.
Once I said yes the recruitment consultant then had a meeting with a sales manager to discuss me as a person and my application.
The sales manager then agreed they wanted to interview me and I was booked in for the following day.
The interview was long it took about 90 minutes and was for me one of the hardest interviews but I believe that might of been due to the fact I have very little sales experience.
Once they have gone through their questions then you are taken out onto the sales floor to speak to some sales executives and to get an honest opinion of the job.
Then you have a closing chat to discuss everything you have spoken about and seen.
