Contacted by HR, discussed my skills and told me they will forward information to the manager at local office.
A week later, get a call to schedule an interview with the manager.
2 Days after, have a phone interview (about 15 minutes) with manager.
24 hours later got rejection email.
Found out that this is pretty much a "Tech Support" job. I was told salary is in the 50-55k range. Nothing special about this job, especially for a new grad EE engineer.

I was tested by having 2 interviewers ping-pong back and forth saying: "I cannot see what we can use ____________ for, can you?" "Nope ________________, I sure cannot."

Interview
I had a short phone interview with the recruiter and then later that same day I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the Technical Manager to be had the following week. At that interview, we went over my background, skills, what I knew about Crestron, and why I wanted to work there. And then two weeks later I was brought in to interview with the Technical Director and we went over the same stuff. I left with a positive vibe, but I must not have had as much as experience as my competition.

Saw an ad in the county paper, decided I would apply just for the heck of it. Didnt expect to get the job didnt really care either. Then met with 2 gentlemen who were face to face asking questions about why I want to be a part of the team and what I had to offer vs other potential employees. Basically it was a chance for them to see that I would be worth my salary
