I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crimson Agility
Interview
I had two interviews with them. First was with a recruiter, then one of the owners. They ghosted me and could not even afford the courtesy of a rejection email.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Crimson Agility
Interview
Recruiter reached out, and went smoothly at first. Met with the owner, David and thought it went well. But it turned into being ghosted for over 4 weeks with me following up each week.
At first I was told I would here back in a week with a decision, then it was 2 weeks, which turned into asking me to do an exercise (not mentioned at all in meeting with the recruiter but i was happy to do). This turned into waiting another TWO WEEKS+ for this supposed exercise to be rejected when I had 4+ years then they were asking for experience. Leading me on for almost 5 weeks.

Interview
I did an assignment & have a phone interview with Technical Leader and the Boss. It's an exciting and warm interview. I was asked to do an extension as an assignment before, and then in the phone i was asked to explain something more about it. It's a good process overall.
