A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. I responded with my availability, and have not heard back. I've reached out several times, and have received no response. I'm not surprised to be ghosted by a company, but it is very unprofessional of them

Instant Rejection Without Review applied for a position and was rejected within minutes. It felt like my application wasn’t even reviewed properly. This reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process and shows a lack of respect for applicants' time. I hope they improve their process to make it more thoughtful and fair.
