CTL was quick to set up an interview after the submission of materials. Off the bat, the interviewer seemed massively disinterested and was a bit disorganized. Additionally, I was shocked that for a company that just went through a massive social reckoning regarding ADEI/JEDI issues, they didn't ask a single question related to DEI.
