Such a weird interview. First interview with them, no HR, was a panel interview with 3 team members. It felt like they had each chosen 5-6 random questions to ask. A lot of them were about favorite books/writers. Ghosted afterwards.

What's one grammatical concept you're passionate about?
Relatively straightforward, 3 calls, quick process, good communication and received an offer. Always knew where I stood in the process. Asked simple personality and behavioral questions. No technical questions. Interested in background, asked about future goals, weaknesses, strengths, compensation expectations.

There are 2-3 rounds: phone screening before a panel round with three members. There's also a short writing test as well. They have a very fast turnaround process, and the team seems friendly!
