The interview process was multi-stage and required a few different tests in order to move through the process. I felt that, while it was tedious, it was a fair analysis of a candidate's skillset.

[From one of the steps of the interview process, via email: ] You've been asked to complete a Kolbe A Index. For the hiring process, it is essential that you complete your personal Kolbe assessment fully and as soon as possible.
Long, somewhat over done. There were 3 rounds of spoken interviews and a work sample. It was a lot to go through. And it felt like they had made the decision early on but still held a final face to face.

The process was more cumbersome than some I've experienced, but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. I was able to prove myself through practice exercises and testing, rather than my roundabout resume. I wish other companies would use a similar screening process.
