Critical Control interview questions

Was reached out to on LinkedIn, scheduled teams call with 2 directors and a team lead. Questions were very high level based on my resume. Scope of the role as described in the interview was well beyond what a typical BA job title would entail (much more managerial, big focus on project management). When asked questions about company culture, team environment, pipeline, and measuring value/success, received confusing and irrelevant answers that pretty much came down to "We all just do what the CEO says", told them it didn't sound like I was a culture fit.
