Critical TechWorks Junior Java Developer interview questions

The overall interview process took about a month from start to finish. One of the key stages was an unsupervised programming challenge, which allowed me to work at my own pace and show how I approach real problems without the pressure of being monitored. I appreciated that freedom. The final interview was quite relaxed and focused mainly on theoretical concepts rather than tricky brainteasers or overly technical deep dives. The interviewers were friendly, open, and created a comfortable environment to discuss my experience and reasoning. Overall, the process was smooth, well-structured, and respectful of my time.
