Critz Auto Group interview questions

There was only one interview, which includes the department manager in which you will be working with, along with personality testing, that takes approximately 45 minutes. The personality test does seem a little out dated, as some of the questions and answers do not seem like they would be situations you would encounter now

Four rounds of interviews, in-person and over the phone. They analyze your compatibility in sales via personality tests and different questions. You get to meet the owner Mr. Critz and he also approves or disapproves for you to move to the next round.
