Had a first round with a recruiter then met with a couple of directors. Interview was almost too laid back, they said they were having trouble finding someone which is a red flag to me. There is a ton of talent and often employers need to look in the mirror. Stop waiting for the perfect candidate. I was told I was a finalist and would hear back in a month. Followed up around that time and was ghosted.
