I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cross Country (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very easy! Video interview that is self-paced and recorded. You get two minutes per interview question, and you don't have to talk to an interviewer. There is a screening call prior to this interview, however.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cross Country (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Quite thorough, online, then phone, then face to face. I was offered a job on the spot after the one on one interview concluded. I then finished all my background check stuff and references. After 2 weeks, I asked if they had received all the necessary information. They wrote that I should be more patient and not to write them again until they wrote me. I waited another month and then decided that they were not the company for me. I informed them of my decision but received no response.
