I stopped by in person and left a resume after applying online. Over the next few days I was contacted by HR, and an interview date was set about a week and a half later. I interviewed with the Division Manager, Area Superintendent, and HR was also present. They had a few questions based on qualifications and background, but the interview went well and we all left happy. The individuals conducting the interview were experienced, welcoming, and very professional. Made me feel like I was their choice from the beginning.
