I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CrossnoKaye
Interview
Unnecessarily long. One phone screen, another semi-technical screen (write a bunch of classes and interfaces), a technical problem (45 mins - game of life - python), interview with a PM and then a half day of technicals. However, found out today that they did layoffs this week, despite telling me they had "3 years of funding." And 'there is job security for the next couple of years." Their excuse for the layoffs was "we overestimated sales." The final interview was more of an interrogation than an interview. Beware! This company sounds like a mess! Took 5 hours out of my work week to interview for a position they knew wasn't going to be filled.
I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative interview experience. We pride ourselves on our thorough interview process - allowing candidates to connect with key decision makers, both in their department as well as cross functionally to ensure all parties believe there is a good fit. I’m not sure why you were not offered a position, but I can confirm we are not and have never done layoffs. While we were not the right fit for you, we wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CrossnoKaye in Jul 2020
Interview
Applied through recruiter in July 2020. Several interviews with RnD and software groups. Everyone was very friendly. Interview process was rather quick, after each interview the recruiter reached back for me after a day or so. Overall positive experience.
