Interview process starts with a weird CSAT test that is almost impossible to finish in the provide time.
Then followed by some other tests you need to acquire badges for. This is the most realistic part of the process. Its mostly around the technical skills required in the job.
Then you are at the mercy of the recuititing company to get an Interview. I think after going through all the steps to get to this stage one should be atleast considered to interview with the recuiting company. But there are scenarios where you will just be rejected with no explanation.
After the whole interview process, and you get an offer. You will still need to do a proctored CSAT which is more difficult that the initial one and you need to pass with at least the score you got in the previohs one. I think this is the most ridiculous part of the whole process.
