Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Cape Town) in Oct 2022
Interview
The process was absolutely chaotic. The aptitude test was unnecessarily difficult and are irrelevant to the position applied for. It fell like taking the LSAT in 15 minutes—which is bizarre. You aren't allowed to use a calculator. The puzzle questions alone consumed most of the time. Unreal.

Question 1
A competition is such that 50% of competitors who start pass the 1st round, 65% of those pass the 2nd round, and 1/3 are able to finish the race. If 13 people finished the race how many competitors were there?
Terrible application process with random "cognitive" test that I wasted time on. I have a graduate degree. I don't need to be taking SAT-style questions at this stage in my life to assess my abilities. You're expected to spend 30 minutes doing things like this for a job description where "Working with 1% of the smartest people" is emphasized repeatedly. Give me a break. I didn't complete the process.

Question 1
Endless random cognitive assessments that don't say anything.
