Crossroads Automotive interview questions

I submitted my resume after being referred by an employee. Within 2 days, I had an in-person interview with the head of HR, who asked me briefly about my background and asked what positions were of interest to me. There were no open positions at that time. Within 2 months, a position became available and I was asked to come in for an in-person 2-panel interview.

My interview process was 2 interviews, 1 with GSM and then GM. After this process I was added to the eBay sales team and 2 years after that moved to the Commercial Account Marketing Manager position. I worked directly with 5 account manager and helping them with finding new accounts and existing accounts.
