Just what are your Views about helping less Fortunate people. As well as how you can deal with the daily changes of the peoples who come to Crossways in-common. The Interviewer will be tough at first until you can answer the values question to what they are looking for in a Volunteer on a day to day bases.

Interview
I was interviewed by the CEO and Head of school. The school or location looks very deserted and lonely. I waited for almost 30 mins to be seen. I was told about the school and their program, when I asked why is the school empty, they explained to me that they are getting more people soon. I researched the school, and found a lot of information about them on facebook "the truth about crossway community". It helped me to make a better decision.
