1 round of interviews with 3 different people including a Senior Staff, a Senior Manager, and the Tax Partner in charge. I don't believe this is the norm. In general I believe this firm does the first round of interviews on campus, invites you to a networking night at a restaurant, invites you to an office visit party - tour of the office, more networking, then invites you to 1 - 2 rounds of in office interviews.
