Apply as soon as you can. If you apply for winter internship, they will reach out to you around Feb. A 30 mins virtual interview. Meeting with the tax manager. Received an email that within a week. Got a call and got the offer. Then you will have received an official email about the internship offer.

One 30 minute casual and friendly conversation with simple self-centered behaviorlal questions. It was with a manager I believe
3 week waiting period until response and I did not get selected to move on or offered a position.

Interview
One virtual interview with the senior manager ended up being conversational. Usual interview questions, plans for CPA track. Ask questions about what they love about their job, and ask for advice about CPA or master's. Be yourself, don't be nervous, it's a conversation and not an interview.
You will know if you get the job at the end of the interview. They don't waste time so be on time.
