Interview
Applied online, got an email to book in for a phone interview, was asked about experience, three plate carry, RSA, where ive worked, visible tattoos, etc then asked me to come in for a group interview later that week.
Group interview: handed our paperwork over to some people (availability and other documents) then slideshow, talked about the company, people that took our paperwork introduced themselves, told us their department and roles etc then split into small groups with them and had a back of house tour, then have a role play (hostess/waitress) at Merrywell then a quick one on one interview with one of the managers you role played with.
after that got an email the next day in regards to references then received a call 3 weeks later offering me a position.

The interview process was smooth. They asked me some behavioural questions and about my availability. They then asked me if I had any experience working in a hospitality environment and asked about my job experience.

Easygoing interview process. It went for approximately 30 minutes and I was asked around 5 questions. Was asked the standard questions for F&B e.g., What is your experience? How do you deal with conflict? etc.

Interview
was a group interview, began with presentation explaining the role, benefits and requirements. Then began one on one interviews with multiple interviews running at the same time in the same room. They called your name and you went to a table and were asked about your experience, suitability and to name three types of white and dark liquor (i dont exactly remember). then before leaving they asked for copies of ID. Quite relaxed enviroment.
