Why Crown? When have you gone above and beyond for a customer? When is a time you dealt with conflict and how did you solve it? What will you bring to Crown?
Tested on your ability to provide customer service and math skills. You will go through a group interview and then one-on-one. Prepare your math skills and make sure to show how friendly you are.
