Croydon Health Services interview questions

Standard application form, assessment, and interview. The interview was 30 minutes with 2 members of the team, who were nice enough. The environment is a bit run down the walls need a lick of paint as it is a gloomy environment.

I was invited through the NHS website for a remote interview with a panel of 4 people. They asked me 8 questions. However, I was surprised to find out at the start of the interview that there would be a practice test, which I was not informed about beforehand. After 5 minutes of the practice test, they began asking questions without introducing the company or the job. They didn't even inquire about my job experience, which made me feel like they were unprepared. When I asked them questions at the end of the interview, they seemed unsure and couldn't provide me with the information I needed. They said they would call me the next day with the interview feedback, but no one called. It was an unprofessional and terrible interview, and I'm actually relieved that they didn't reach out to me again.
