I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cruise (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process included a screening with a recruiter and two rounds of interviewing with different people on the team (people you'd work with, team leads, and management). Talked about background, experience, process, how you collaborate and what you hope to accomplish during your internship as well as after.
HR round, in home challenge, leetcode, coding round, techincal round and behavior round. Took a while to interview. Smooth process, not rushed. Team talked about what they liked and what they are working on. Didn't tell much about the work that is being done there.
The interview process was great for an internship at Cruise! I got to speak with my manager and my mentor and I learned a lot about the work that my team worked on. The interviewer wanted me to succeed.
