The interview process was very standard, the questions were not difficult. The reason why my interview experience was negative is because they changed the compensation and benefits for this role and did not update the posting.
This role on their company website and on several other websites, mentions that this is a full-time, salaried role with benefits. In the screening, it was disclosed to me that this was now a contract to hire role, hourly with no benefits though the job posting was never updated to match this.
I felt like this was very misleading and I ended up not moving forward with the second interview because of this deceptive hiring practice.
