Met with 2 different people from HR about different roles. Both times were screening calls, but after, got ghosted twice. One followed up weeks later about a completely different role but when I asked for clarity, was ghosted again, so seems really unorganized
Three steps, beginning by phone then in person. Questions moving from general to more specific, including visiting and touring. The job site. Meet the team so that could get a sense of who we were working with.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crux (MO) (Kansas City, MO)

The process was very long and no communication along the way. Seems a little disorganized and not a good first impression with candidates to wait for weeks/months to hear back.
