Interview was with my future immediate superior and also another manager level employee. Once the initial interview was completed and you were successful, you will need to undergo medical assessment under their panel clinic which is at the lower level of the office. Then if all else pass, you will be accepted as new employee. You will undergo a probation for 6 months or sooner before you are a confirmed staff. You will need to undergo theory and practical exam prior to being confirmed. During probation you will be trained and supervised by a senior employee.
