First interview was with an HR Screener. This person read off a list of scripted written questions. No attempt to establish a relationship, get to know my personality or even my work history and how I could be an asset to the company.

Phone call and two Zoom interviews. Definitely takes time to get through the whole process, but they take the time to get to know you and it feels like they mean it when they say interviewing is a "two way street."
