I believe the process was a phone call, an in-person assessment, a take-home assignment to build a single-page web application, and finally a review of the assignment. I would say the actual interview process was fine, but unfortunately there was a three week period between my final interview and formally receiving an offer. Unfortunately, that soured the experience and likely played a role in my decision to go with another company.

Smooth and sensible - very pleasant experience - everyone was very approachable and direct. Felt like they knew what they were doing - highly professional but friendly. Overall had a great experience.

One of the worst group interview experiences ever!
1. For a company that prides themselves in helping companies improve culture/overall employee dynamics, the employer who spoke for majority of the session has got to be the most boring person I've ever encountered. Its very interesting how companies want you to articulate your excitement yet they have members who have have less personality that a bran flake.
2. There was suppose to be a group exercise but all we were told to do was to stand up, say our names, give a brief background, say why we'd be great in sales and who our dream dinner guest (leaving out an explanation) would be. If I'm leaving my house to attend an interview, at least make the effort of coming up with a more productive task!
