Interview
I received a call from the General manager two days after I put in my application and she requested an interview for the following Tuesday, I arrived met her and the owner of my location. We talked briefly about where I heard about the job and what I was looking forward to, the total process took about 45 minutes and she handed me a packet and told me I was hired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Culver's (Kankakee, IL) in May 2018
Interview
They gave me a drink and I was told to go sit in a booth, the Hiring Manager showed up a few minutes later and it was a very comforting environment, especially for a teen's first job. She asked some questions, it took about 15 minutes and it was over, she said she would email me 2 days later to let me know if I got it.
