I applied online. I interviewed at Culver's (Saint Paul, MN) in Mar 2021
Interview
asks you many questions about why you want to work at culvers, who referred you to work at culvers, what your availability will be like, and discuss pay. overal very friendly
Quick and a few questions asked about general things. No tricks or special things to it. Be ready to answer some basic questions as well as availability and some things like strengths and weaknesses. two interviews will happen. One with the main owner operator and then the big guns that runs all of them. That one was more of a formality and you are basically hired when you get to that point
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Culver's (Sussex, WI) in May 2011
Interview
They wanted to know how available I was. Having weekends free and a consistent ride to get to work was extremely important. I got there 30 minutes early and I got a free soda while I waited in the diningroom. Finally the main manager came out and talked with me. I had to fill out one of their job applications, which was good because I did not have a job resume at the time. The manager referenced the application through out the process, and was very concerned with availability of work hours.
