I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cundall (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2021
Interview
My interviewer was really nice and seemed to have studied my CV in depth.
We had a quiet chat, mainly about my recent work experience. He told me how my career would be if I was hired at Cundall ; I would start in a structural (junior) graduate position, but then I could grow quickly within the company and move to a more civil position.
Because we were linked by a recruiment company, and Cundall would only offer me a junior role, they consider that wasn´t good enough considering my experience, and there wasn´t a job offer negociation between them.
