Required 3 different interviews for an intern position out of college. 1 at school, 2 at the office. A bit overkill but all in all not too bad they want to get to know you.

Had an initial phone call that then led to a couple interviews with HR and project executives afterwards. Whole process took a few weeks but was worth it as the company culture is very people friendly.
