That same day, I was asked to provide my legal name and address for the offer letter, but no written offer was sent despite follow-ups. Overnight, the CEO requested an earlier start date. I responded with flexibility and attempted to align, but the offer was withdrawn 96 minutes after I was told the offer was being drafted. At the time the offer was rescinded, I had already submitted my resignation to my current employer. I had also asked for clarity on compensation details, including equity, but received no transparency regarding the total equity pool.
