I applied through other source. I interviewed at Curia
Interview
Interview process was fairly quick. I do not remember if I had a phone interview but the in-person was about a half day, talking to at least four people, mainly one on one. Being that I had a year of experience in the specific science, it was fairly technical at times. The people were nice. There was a site tour and lunch. I don't think the do that anymore. The company paid my travel expenses. After the interview, I was sent an offer letter by mail. Unfortunately, they made a mistake on all three versions of it, causing a latter problem when I took my vacation time. They would barely budge on salary, which is on the low end because it is a contract company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Curia (West Lafayette, IN) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was a four hour long affair in which I was interviewed by every department's head and then lastly by what would be my supervisor. They take the interview process very seriously and EVERYONE has an input in your hiring...even the receptionist that you check in with, so be polite!

Question 1
Why do you think you can do this job when you have no experience in the field? (this was a popular question considering I'm a bio-background who was applying to run chemical instruments)
