I was contacted by a recruiter who seemed a bit lost as to what they were looking for. After a week or so I was scheduled for Zoom interviews. During the interviews, one person was out sick, another didn't turn on their video. Overall just awkward. What hurts Curia Albuquerque the most is their location. Albuquerque is not a biotech/pharma hub or close to one, so the talent pool is limited. They end up hiring from other industries which does not add value to the organization. They seemed to lack experience and unsure what they want.
