Definitely the easiest interview I had ever done. It was just an informal chat with one of the managers with really simple and straightforward questions and asking about my availability.

Hiring process was through a reference, they needed staff and were looking for someone with previous sales experience as well as an individual interested in technology. I applied through my reference be was invited to an interview. In the interview they made sure I was willing to attend training for my chosen department which was fair and great for me.
Initial group interview and then one to one afterwards. Very relaxed setting and was made comfortable by staff undertaking interview. The whole process was very quick and communication was great.

Fairly easy, staff were friendly and a smooth process. The employers do not make you feel pressurised, it helps when you have previous sales experience but if you show them you are eager to learn and are engaged in tech. they'll definitely want you.
