Person to person sit down with the owner, followed by a weld test with the shop foreman. After I passed the weld test, the owner took me around the shop personally and gave me a tour. He took me inside two or three of the trailers to give me an idea of what kinds of work I would be doing, and show me the other types of tasks I would end up learning to do, in order to get trailers to completion.
