Interview
Multiple choice test followed by a panel interview. The test consisted of logic and puzzle questions. The panel interview had one of the other developers, the CEO, and the person that would be my direct manager. They asked general questions about my background, but nothing technical. Asked me to do a proof of concept after interview.

The interview was enjoyable. It was after hours with the owner of company and the hiring manager. They spent most of the time showing off their product which looked very cool.
